Mediation Services can be arranged during all phases of conflict resolution.  At C.E.L. and Associates we offer a full suite of mediation services that are appropriate to each phase of the marital and separation and divorce process.   Unlike some court-mandated mediation that only occurs at the order of the court, couples regularly seek out mediation services during all phases of the procedure.
